DMS Battle Ring 24: Clash for the Crown

On Friday, October 20th at Le Belmont 4483 Boulevard St-Laurent, Montreal you will have the chance to witness a historic match up. Years in the making, this bout between Krome vs Loe Pesci shares a narrative with many great memorable events in all types of competition. New School vs Old School, Hungry vs Jaded. Loe Pesci, a man who has paved the way for Canadian battle rappers with his many achievements and memorable battles has made his boredom and displeasure with battle rap very clear in the past, citing a lack of inspiration in the sport as a whole. However this new challenge in the form of Krome, a rising star within the battle rap community, seems to have renewed Pesci’s will to compete and prove that HE is the best out of our beloved city. Krome on the other hand Montreal’s “Golden Boy” has shown an elite level of consistency as well as holding his own and arguably beating some of the world’s best. He has proved he belongs and is here to stay. Will Loe Pesci prove himself right and creatively outclass his opponent? Or will Krome add another notch to his belt in an attempt to cement his status as THE best out of Montreal? Only one way to find out… Show up at le Belmont on Friday October 20! You DO NOT want to miss this!

Another match up that’s been brewing for some time is featured on the card. Dopemor vs Niko. They have been going back and forth with each other for some time now, exchanging barbs in their battles with other opponents and poking fun at each other with hilarious memes. This battle will have the potential to steal battle of the night, as both are incredibly high energy emcees. Niko known for being heard all the way through to the back of the room with consistently loud and aggressive delivery. While Dopemor is also very similar but tends to crank up the intensity in the third round to incredibly high levels. These two will be an extremely tough act to follow!
